Sometimes the description just doesn't have the answer you are looking for. No problem! Go under the "Questions" tab on the product you would like and either "Be the first to ask about this product" or view some questions others have asked. If you question still isn't answered you can ask us a question as well!

Reviews
On each product page under the title you can "Be the first to review this product" or read someone else's review and "Add Your Review". Simple click this and fill out our product review form. *PLUS* Submit a review now and earn 30 reward points once the review is approved.

Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange service at this time. We encourage you to browse our products and purchase the items you originally wanted. Contact us by email about how to return an unwanted item. We will send the new products to you and once your return has been received we will credit your account accordingly.

International Shipping
We ship WORLD-WIDE. Please add to your cart and in your cart use the shipping estimator to calculate your shipping estimate. Shipments going to counties outside of the US and Canada will be provided with a reference number for proof of shipment. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery.
